The flagship r & b boy band of the 2000s is reforming the time of a tour ...
The golden age of clean boys groups , the period from the late 90s to the early 2000s was born the unforgettable N'Sync and Backstreet Boys, but also their unforgettable during "black" , the B2K.
Gathered in 1998 by manager Chris Strokes (also responsible for artists like Brandy or Marques Houston), Omarion, Raz-B, J-Boog and Lil 'Fizz will release their first self-titled album in 2002 .
From there, our four "Boys of the New Millennium" will experience a nice run for two years during which they will flood the charts of singles calibrated for their audience ( Uh Uh, Girlfriend , Badaboom ...) and shoot a movie as big as stylish for the time, You Got Served .
In 2004, however, the sequence ends, and this step in the most beautiful way : besides the growing tensions that have been felt over time around the great place given to lead singer Omarion, Raz- B publicly accuses Strokes of sexual assault (before retracting) while J-Boog and Lil 'Fizz claim to have been swindled non-stop since the signing of their contracts.
The sound of an era
Today all thirty years packed well, the B2K have just announced their return on stage, each of the members of the group proudly announced on their Instagram accounts their participation in the Millennium Tour .
With more than a dozen dates, this tour, which will begin in March 2019, will be accompanied by a strong sense of nostalgia, as the "very 2000s" Mario, Ying Yang Twins, Lloyd, Pretty Ricky and Chingy .
